Company History
Founded by mechanical engineer and former commercial pilot Evan Johnson in 1985, Thermetic Products began as a supplier of heaters to injection molding industry end users through distributors. Located in St Louis Park, MN, we have grown to become a global leader in precision quality and service, supplying OEMs and the aftermarket throughout the world.
Present Day
With great success in the plastic industry, Thermetic Products expanded into providing heated solutions to the aerospace and 3D printing industries. Thermetic Products continues to provide extensive expertise in heater coil manufacturing; a logical extension of the business was providing medical coils for products such as guidewires, neuro-vascular catheters, and marker coils. In 2017, Thermetic Medical was founded and became ISO 13485.2016 certified in January 2020.
